CS SKIN CRAFTS – TERMS OF SERVICE AGREEMENT

Thank you for your interest in CS Skin Crafts’s ("we," "us," "our") online platform and tools. This Terms of Service Agreement ("Agreement") governs your use of this website, a user portal accessible through our website, and services accessible through the user portal, like our online catalog and tools (collectively, "CS Skin Crafts" or the "Services"). Please note any contests, sweepstakes, giveaways, or similar types of promotions we offer will be governed by their own terms and conditions. You signify your assent to this Agreement by using CS Skin Crafts. Please do not use or continue to access CS Skin Crafts if you do not agree to be bound by this Agreement. This Agreement does not apply to games, websites, products, or services provided by companies that we do not own or control or to individuals that we do not employ or manage.

THIS AGREEMENT PROVIDES THAT, WITH LIMITED EXCEPTIONS, ANY AND ALL DISPUTES ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY RELATED TO THIS AGREEMENT OR YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES WILL BE RESOLVED FINALLY AND EXCLUSIVELY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS (NOT ON A CLASS BASIS) AND BY BINDING ARBITRATION.

1. YOUR USE OF CS2 SKIN CRAFTS HUB

You are responsible for your use of CS Skin Crafts. You must have a parent or legal guardian review this Agreement with you and agree to it on your behalf if you are not of legal age to form a binding contract with us (age 18 in most jurisdictions). If you have authorized or registered another person to use CS Skin Crafts, including a minor, you are fully responsible for that person’s use of CS Skin Crafts and the consequences of that person’s misuse of CS Skin Crafts. The parent or legal guardian of a minor must affirmatively consent to such minor’s use of CS Skin Crafts. You may only use CS Skin Crafts in compliance with this Agreement and all applicable laws and regulations. Please see Section 3 (Acceptable Use) below for more information about ways in which you are permitted to use CS Skin Crafts, as well as conduct that is prohibited and may result in a fine, suspension, and/or termination of your access or use of some or all of our Services.

2. YOUR CS SKIN CRAFTS ACCOUNT

You must have a Steam account linked to our website in order to create a CS Skin Crafts account. Your account is personal to you, and you may not share it or allow any other person to utilize your account. You may not use another person’s account. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify us if your registration information changes.

CS Skin Crafts may allow you to store your login credentials in your web browser so that you can be automatically logged in each time you access the Services. If someone else has access to your computer or mobile device, the automatic login feature will allow that person to have access to your account. You are responsible for all damages resulting from unauthorized access to CS Skin Crafts from your account. You must immediately notify us if you learn of or have reason to suspect any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

3. ACCEPTABLE USE

You may only use the Services in compliance with this Agreement and all applicable laws and regulations. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the Services does not violate any applicable laws, regulations, third-party rights, and/or this Agreement. We reserve the right to take any appropriate measures we determine are necessary to protect ourselves, other users, and other third parties, which may include: (1) adopting an enforcement measure as described under section 4; and/or (2) reporting any misconduct to a competent authority or law enforcement.

API Usage

You may access data relating to your account via our Application Program Interface (“API”) if available. Any use of our API, including use by a third-party product or service that accesses our Services, is bound by this Agreement. In addition, you acknowledge and agree that CS Skin Crafts bears no responsibility and will not be held liable for any damages or losses resulting from your use of our API, including use by any third-party product or service that accesses our Services.

Commercial Use Restrictions

You are not permitted to register or use our Services to promote, sell, or advertise products or services of any kind except for in-game items for Counter-Strike 2 (“Counter-Strike 2 Items”) where explicitly supported. You will not indicate or otherwise imply in any manner that you are in a qualified relationship with us or that we have endorsed you, your sale of Counter-Strike 2 Items, or any third party’s products and services for any purpose.

Scraping

You are not permitted to adopt any automated process to extract, harvest, or otherwise scrape information, data, and/or content from our Services and all our digital properties related to our Services without our prior written consent.

User Conduct Restrictions

The following conduct restrictions apply to your use of our Services, and any violation may result in enforcement measures described under section 4:

  • Infringing any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights;
  • Committing fraud or fraudulently misrepresenting your identity or fulfillment of any condition or requirement to use our Services.
  • Misappropriating the account of another user.
  • Collecting personally identifying information of other users, including their email addresses or contact information, by circumventing privacy settings or by any other means.
  • Defaming, abusing, harassing, bullying, using threatening practices, and/or otherwise threatening or violating the legal rights of others.
  • Promoting violence, physical harm, or other activities that may endanger yourself or any other user.
  • Probing, scanning, or testing the vulnerability of our Services, including any services or networks connected to our Services.
  • Breaching the security or authentication measures of our Services.
  • Installing, embedding, uploading, posting, or otherwise incorporating any malicious links, viruses, malware, or the like into or onto our Services.
  • Using our Services or technical infrastructure in an abusive, excessive, or otherwise inappropriate way.
  • Disrupting or tampering with our Services or technical infrastructure.

Complaints About and Disputes Between Users

You may submit complaints about another user’s conduct that is in violation of applicable laws, regulations, third-party rights, and/or this Agreement by emailing us at support@csskincrafts.com. Please provide a substantiated explanation, location of the violation, and your contact details. You must submit complaints in good faith.

4. ENFORCEMENT MEASURES

When We determine that: (i) you violate the terms of this Agreement; (ii) you access or use the Services in a manner that may cause injury to us, other users, or third parties; (iii) your access or use of the Services may cause or is in violation of law or regulation; and/or (iv) in the case of a legal action or governmental involvement, We can impose the following measures:

  • Remove User Content;
  • Temporarily or permanently suspending or terminating your account;
  • Blocking access to the Services or specific features thereof.

The imposition of any of the above mentioned measures does not entitle you to any claims for compensation, damages, or reimbursement.

5. FEES AND PAYMENTS

Any fees for services provided by CS Skin Crafts will be clearly displayed prior to purchase. We reserve the right to change our fees at any time. All payments are processed through third-party service providers, and we do not store your payment information.

6. PRIVACY

We collect, store, and use your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, located at privacy-policy.

7. USER CONTENT

You may have the opportunity to upload and display content (“User Content”). You understand and agree that you are responsible for your User Content and for the consequences and liability related to or connected with User Content. We do not claim ownership rights in User Content, but by uploading User Content, you grant to us a non-exclusive, transferable, worldwide, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, display, and distribute such content in connection with providing the Services.

8. DISCLAIMERS

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, WE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, SUITABILITY, INTEGRATION, CURRENTNESS, ACCURACY, AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE MALWARE OR VIRUS FREE. THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” AND WE DO NOT GUARANTEE AVAILABILITY OR UPTIME.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCE WILL WE BE RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUES, FINANCIAL LOSSES, OR INDIRECT, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS UNDER THIS AGREEMENT IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US DURING THE 6 MONTHS PRIOR TO THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM OR $100.00.

10. THIRD-PARTY LINKS

We may post links to third party websites that are not owned or operated by us. Please be aware that we are not responsible or liable for any content, advertising, products, or other materials on or available from third party websites or for any privacy or other practices of the third parties operating those websites.

11. ARBITRATION OF DISPUTES AND CLASS ACTION WAIVER

In the interest of resolving disputes between you and CS Skin Crafts in the most expedient and cost-effective manner, you and CS Skin Crafts agree, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law that any and all disputes arising out of or related to this Agreement and/or your use of the Services will be resolved finally and exclusively, on an individual basis (and not by means of class action), and by binding arbitration.

12. CHANGES TO THIS AGREEMENT

We reserve the right to change, modify, add, or remove portions of this Agreement. We will post notice of modifications to this Agreement on this page. Changes will become effective immediately (as indicated by the “Last Updated” date above) but will not apply retroactively. If you do not agree to the modified Agreement, you should immediately discontinue your use of CS Skin Crafts.
